Project Description

Marcum Architects was commissioned to design a new 7,470 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance facility for Waste Management, Inc. The facility includes three enclosed truck service bays, a covered exterior wash bay, locking parts storage, a storage mezzanine and managers office. Heating is fueled by waste oil recovered during vehicle maintenance.
